Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website at broker-vectorbase.digital and, where we accept an instruction, the sitting described in our written confirmation. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, close the pages and do not send a listing.

The desk, not an insurer

Broker Vectorbase reads insurance claims files and writes briefings. We are not an insurance undertaking, we do not settle claims, and we do not act as your appointed loss adjuster unless a separate, written appointment says so. Nothing on this site is a promise of cover, a reserve you may book, or advice to a policyholder.

Instructing us

A note sent through the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. A sitting starts only when we send a confirmation stating the scope, the fee or range, the files we will receive, and the meeting date you named. Until then you should not send original files or live system access.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, and mark belong to Broker Vectorbase. You may quote a short passage with a link. You may not copy a briefing pack we prepare for another client. Packs we prepare for you are yours to use inside your firm and with the underwriters or committee named in the instruction. They are not for resale.

Liability

The briefing is a reading of the papers you supply. If the listing is incomplete, the pack will be incomplete. We are not liable for underwriting decisions, reserve bookings, or settlement outcomes taken after a sitting. Our liability for a confirmed sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (for example, liability for intent or for harm that may not be excluded).

Site use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to overload it, or submit other people’s claims files without authority. We may withdraw a page or refuse an enquiry.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about the site or a sitting are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, with Kutaisi as the preferred venue where the law allows a choice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the published version is the date of the last build of this page. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new text.
