This notice explains how Broker Vectorbase (“we”) handles personal data when you use broker-vectorbase.digital or instruct a claims sitting. It should be read with the cookie notice.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the sitting you selected, optional file-count notes, optional visit date, and your message. From a confirmed sitting: the claims listings and file copies you send, which may include names of policyholders, claimants, and handlers. We ask you to send copies you are authorised to share and to avoid extra medical detail that the sitting does not need.

Server logs may record technical addresses and the pages requested, for security of the site.

Why we use it

We reply to enquiries, prepare the briefing you instructed, keep records of the contract and fee, and meet accounting and legal duties in Georgia. We do not sell lists of visitors or clients.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a sitting are kept for up to twelve months. Sitting files and packs are kept for five years after the sitting closes, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or by accounting rules. You may ask for earlier deletion of enquiry data; we will say if a legal duty blocks that.

Your rights

Depending on your situation and Georgian data-protection rules, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may object to certain use. Write to hello@broker-vectorbase.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

International transfers

The website may be hosted on servers outside Georgia. If that happens, we rely on a written arrangement with the host and on the fact that the public pages do not need your claims files. Claims listings are stored and read in Kutaisi unless you agree another place in the confirmation.

Sharing

We share data with the people named on a sitting (for example Tamar drawing tables from a listing you already sent), with professional advisers if a dispute arises, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not use your enquiry to advertise third parties.
