Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data a site stores in your browser. Some are essential for a choice you make on the page. Others help us understand which public pages are read. This notice describes what broker-vectorbase.digital uses. The privacy notice covers personal data more broadly.
Types we use
Essential. The cookie banner stores your Accept or Reject choice so the bar does not return on every visit. The site works if you reject optional cookies.
Analytics. This build does not set a separate analytics cookie. If that changes, this table will name it and the banner will still offer Reject.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| broker_vectorbase_cookie_consent | Remembers Accept or Reject so the banner does not return every visit | Until you clear site data | Broker Vectorbase (this site, localStorage) |
The consent record is kept in localStorage under broker_vectorbase_cookie_consent, which behaves like a first-party store in your browser rather than a classic HTTP cookie. The effect is the same for your choice: it stays until you clear site data or twelve months pass and we ask again.
How to manage or disable
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear stored data for this site in your browser settings. Blocking all storage may hide the banner’s memory of a previous Reject; the pages and the contact form still work.
Third-party cookies
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Google may set its own cookies or receive your address when the font files load. We do not control that storage. If you block third-party requests, the pages still read; the type may fall back to the system font.
We do not embed social posts or payment widgets.
If you disable optional cookies
You will not help us see which field notes are read. You will not lose the claims work pages, the briefing description, or the ability to send a note to the desk.
